D | 与7月登陆我国的台风“巴威”相比，“白海豚”的局部风力有可能超过“巴威”，降雨的强度和范围更强、更广，且局地单点降水具有极端性。受台风影响，我省降雨时间长达5天（7日夜里至12日），强降雨主要集中在8日夜里至10日，东部、南部地区累计雨量大，单点有极端性。今天白天沿海地区部分暴雨局地大暴雨，夜里至10日浙中南和沿海地区有暴雨大暴雨，台州、温州和宁波南部局地有特大暴雨；11日浙西地区部分暴雨，局部大暴雨。再看台风对杭州的影响，预计8日到12日我市有较明显风雨过程，降雨最强时间段集中在9日到10日，过程降水时间长，累计雨量大。今天白天起全市风力逐渐增大，最强时段出现在9日白天到10日上午，最大东北风平原地区8级到10级，山区和江湖水面局地11级以上。目前，“白海豚”正受副热带高压、西风带槽脊、多台风系统等叠加影响，登陆后的移动路径仍存在一定的不确定性。同时，北部湾和西太平洋上分别有热带扰动活动，也将对“白海豚”的发展和移动路径产生一定影响。预计台风登陆后移动路径会趋于明朗，华东及后续可能受到影响的区域应高度重视台风防御，重点防范强风、暴雨及次生灾害。
